Hot Pepper Tuna Steak

4-Ingredient Dinner


  • 2 Tuna steaks
  • 2 Dash'es Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Pad's butter and olive oil to thinly coat fry pan
  • 1 Large spoon's Whole peppercorns
  • salt & pepper

prep / directions

Sprinkle tuna steaks lightly with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat, add butter and whole peppercorns and cook until peppercorns start to pop. Add tuna and cook about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with buttered broccoli or asparagus.
