Hot Pepper Tuna Steak

Ingredients
2 Tuna steaks
2 Dashes of Cayenne pepper
1 Pad of butter and olive oil to thinly coat fry pan
1 Large spoon of Whole peppercorns
salt & pepper
Prep / Directions: 

Sprinkle tuna steaks lightly with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat, add butter and whole peppercorns and cook until peppercorns start to pop. Add tuna and cook about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with buttered broccoli or asparagus.
