Asian Style Salmon Filet

2 Salmon filets or steaks
4 Spoons of each of soy and hoisin sauce, if available
Good pinch of Fresh ginger (or dry)
Juice of half a lemon
Prep / Directions: 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; mix lemon juice, soy sauce and hoisin sauce and ginger in a dish and marinate salmon for a few minutes in the marinade; place salmon in a baking dish or pan and bake in the oven for 6 minutes per side; serve with rice.
